1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed;
- Be in their original condition;
- Include all original tags and packaging;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:
- Gift cards;
- Final sale or clearance items;
- Personalised or customised products;
- Items altered at the customer’s request;
- Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the applicable return period.
Please provide:
- Your order number;
- The item(s) you wish to return;
- The reason for the return;
- Photographs if the item is damaged or defective.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is defective;
- The incorrect item was shipped;
- The product arrived damaged during transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as CAYVORN cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels and is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund where appropriate.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:
- Different sizes;
- Defective products;
- Incorrectly supplied items.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customers in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions may have additional legal rights regarding cancellations, faulty goods, and refunds.
